Supporting Selah’s Beginning — and Who It Will Serve
Selah is being built deliberately, with care for land, people, and long‑term wellbeing.
This page offers a way to support that work—both in bringing Selah into being and in expanding access to healing retreats once we open.
All donations are treated as gifts and are used in service of Selah’s mission.
Why Give?Early-Stage Gifts
Early-stage donations are used to support the startup and foundational costs of Selah, including:
Health‑forward building materials and finishes
Sensory‑safe design and infrastructure
Community spaces intended for restoration and gathering
The thoughtful pacing required to build with integrity rather than urgency
These contributions help ensure Selah opens as it was intended: intentionally small, grounded in care, and accessible to those who need it most.
Gifts are not investments and do not confer ownership, equity, or financial return.
Recurring Donations
One-time and recurring donations are directed toward future scholarship programs that will support access to Selah’s healing retreats for individuals living with invisible illnesses and sensory‑related disabilities.
These scholarships are intended to reduce financial barriers for those who often carry disproportionate physical, neurological, or environmental burdens, including—but not limited to—individuals living with:
Ehlers‑Danlos Syndromes (EDS)
Mast Cell Activation Syndrome (MCAS)
Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (POTS)
Chronic Inflammatory Response Syndrome (CIRS)
Those recovering from mold or environmental toxin exposure
Members of the neurodiverse community, including individuals with autism and ADHD
Recurring gifts help make it possible to offer retreats designed with sensory safety, flexibility, and deep rest at their core.
Scholarship offerings will be launched once Selah is operational and will be administered according to availability and program guidelines.
Why this Matters
Many healing spaces are not designed with sensory differences or invisible illness in mind. Selah is being shaped to address that gap—quietly, intentionally, and without spectacle.
Your support helps create a place where:
Health considerations are built into the environment
No one is asked to “push through” in order to belong
Rest is not framed as a reward, but as a necessity
